The Edge Initiative is a suite of tools to help libraries elevate their public technology services. Libraries that use the Edge benchmarks can evaluate their services against their peers and learn how to improve them. Future Edge tools include resources to help libraries communicate results to stakeholders and turn data into investments in public technology.
