Go west to the ARSL conference!

Well, I'm certain many folks will be going west to the Association for Rural and Small Libraries conference--I'll be driving a bit eastward, but I love the pioneering spirit, the trailblazing moxie that "go west!" evokes.

If you'll be at the ARSL conference this weekend, please stop by the MaintainIT Project booth and say hi!

On Saturday and Sunday mornings, we'll be hosting a Talk Table called, "Learn from the experiences of others: maintaining and supporting public computers with a little help from your friends." Stop by and see Kieran Hixon chatting with Brenda Hough about PC Management software. Kieran will be doing a live performance of a 30-Minute Webinar Kieran and Jesse Weaver did for us about the John C. Fremont Library's open source program called PowerLine. If you happened to miss the webinar, check out a blog post on the topic, where you'll find information about Jesse, including links to the webinar archive and to the free, open source product Jesse developed for his library

Hope to see you in Sacramento!

Have a wonderful time and a safe trip!
